ROTARY DIAMOND DRESSER
Diamond roller dressers are used for forming and dressing conventional abrasive grinding wheels and CBN wheels. Since these diamond dressing rollers are capable of accurate and speedy form dressing, they can effectively be used to mass produce work parts with a high degree of accuracy. Rotary diamond dresser dressers are available in electroplated types. At Present, we manufacture external plating method, powder metallurgy sintering method and internal plating method for the manufacturing technology of diamond roller dresser.
